THE 02 / SsE Arena, Wembley (UK)
Adam Wilson started his career in the call centre at Ticketmaster in the late 1990s, from there he went on to work at the London Arena Docklands where he quickly rose from assistant to box office manager. Once the London Arena closed Adam went on to become a freelance ticketing manager and then to work for some of the larger London promoters on specific UK tours as well as assisting on The Brit Awards. This freelance work then lead to Adam working for Live Nation Global Touring as the European ticketing co-ordinator for The Rolling Stones' Bigger Bang Tour, Madonna’s Confessions Tour and Sticky and Sweet Tour, as well as a host of other large acts (Barbra Streisand/Celine Dion/The Police/U2) from The Solo Agency’s roster.
In 2010, Adam was pleased to start work for AEG at The O2 Arena as a ticketing manager. When the ticketing platform moved from Ticketmaster to AXS in October 2012 Adam took the opportunity to take on a new challenge setting up the call-centre operations for AXS UK and the customer service hub for The O2. Adam is currently the head of customer experience for The O2 as well as their disability ambassador (a voluntary position), and in June 2018 also started working with the SSE Arena, Wembley.
