Ticketmaster International (UK)
Don Pawley is SVP of marketing & insight for Ticketmaster International. His responsibilities lie in overseeing marketing insight, digital marketing and marketing communications across 22 countries.
Prior to joining Ticketmaster, Don worked for a number of marketing agencies, as well as online gaming company Unibet, and the telecommunications company Skype, where he was responsible for growing their data-rich customer marketing.
Don started his career at Ticketmaster in 2011 as director of customer relationship management (CRM). During his time with the company he has established a Customer Insight Team, driven a data-led approach to marketing, launched and developed a marketing automation programme to manage customer journeys, as well as incorporating personalisation into Ticketmaster's targeted marketing.
Don studied Maths at the University of Brighton and is an avid live music fan.
